Product Spotlight: The New BRP-X
Our product roadmap is filled with exciting new equipment. First up, is the new 15/18/20/23 BRP-X electric reach truck debuting at ProMat. A significant improvement from our BRP-9, the new BRP-X features faster lift, lower, and travel speeds, but that’s only a beginning of what makes the BRP-X an easier sell for you and a better choice for your customers:
- The new joystick control operates identically to the Crown reach truck – the industry standard – allowing operators to precisely handle the BRP-X without any learning curve or retraining: a key selling point
- The new, smaller steering wheel also enhances handling by preventing excessive free movement, reducing operator fatigue and the need for steering corrections
- A new interior design delivers maximum operator comfort and greater productivity with a new dashboard featuring an ergonomically focused design
- A lowered gate height makes entering and exiting the operator compartment easier
- New leg and back pads further enhance operator protection and comfort
- Our best-in-class lithium-ion integration assures greater uptime, faster charging, reduced maintenance and better performance
- An electronic control offers advanced mast stability with reduced shocks and jolts when handling fragile loads
- A height indicator and hydraulic cushioning and rubber dampers also help to minimize shocks, sudden jerks, and mast shakes
- A new shock-absorbing footrest features a spring damper beneath the floor panel for even more operator comfort
