To Our Valued Dealers:

As this is my final letter of the year, let me begin by thanking all of you for your support and dedication to Hyundai Material Handling in 2025. It was a year of great change in our world, the marketplace, and at Hyundai.

As we celebrated both a terrific dealer meeting and our silver anniversary in North America, we worked to make the year one of our best. We introduced exciting new sales programs and truly game changing equipment, like our high voltage B-X Series.

I am proud to say that the B-X Series recently received a Readers’ Choice Award honoring the best new products of the year presented by Modern Material Handling, Material Handling Product News and Material Handling 24-7. These truly revolutionary machines are only the beginning. In the coming year, we’ll be introducing more exciting new equipment.

While the year is rapidly drawing to a close, there is still time to take advantage of our Q4 offers, our exciting savings on Hi-Mate, the industry’s best telematics system, our XTeer lubricant savings, and free freight offers on our OEM parts. And, if you have some last-minute gifting needs, be sure to visit our new Promo Store.

In the meantime, our plans for 2026 are already taking shape. We will be a strong presence at some of the year’s biggest tradeshows, and I hope to see you there. We have also just announced our first 2026 technical training dates. We are offering comprehensive training on Class I, II, III, IV and V forklifts and special training on our B-X high voltage models. Now’s the time to sign up your key personnel.

Finally, I would like to acknowledge the incredible work of our Hyundai staff. Together, we share a commitment to meeting your needs and growing your business. We recently held our holiday party and were pleased to have the opportunity to recognize some deserving employees. Take a look.
