To Our Valued Dealers:

It’s been a busy, very productive spring for Hyundai Material Handling.  We had a powerful presence at all the leading tradeshows, and we introduced some exciting new products, technology, and sales programs.  In fact, we just completed what I believe is our most successful MODEX appearance ever.  I hope you had a chance to visit with us.

MODEX was a great opportunity to showcase some of our most exciting equipment and our booth became a true hub of activity.  Check out the photos.  One of the most fun parts of the show was the Hyundai Hot Challenge, where attendees were invited to answer questions while eating hot wings.  See if you could stand the heat!  Away from the show, we threw a great party and presented our annual dealer awards.  You’ll find a list of winners at this link.

While it’s fun to look back, at Hyundai, we’re always looking forward into the future.  To make that future more profitable for you, our dealers, we’re continually working to introduce the best equipment and make that equipment easier to sell and own.  To that end, be sure to take advantage of our Q2 special offers – there are rebates and discounts available, including special savings on the LC-9 – our Product Spotlight for May.

One of the highlights of our MODEX booth was a parts display.  We know how important the aftermarket can be for your profitability.  That’s why we created Mission 95 to achieve a 95% fill rate, which we have exceeded for a full six months.  It’s our goal to deliver the best service possible and make our parts a better buy for you and your customers.

Another sound investment for your dealership is staff training, and I’m pleased to announce that we have a new schedule of training sessions – including classes that focus on our high voltage equipment.  We’re limiting class size to maximize the benefit to attendees.  Be sure to sign up your staff now.

I think our booth at MODEX proved once again that No One Delivers More than Hyundai.  While we’ve done a lot so far in 2026, we’re just getting started, and we’re proud that you are a part of all that we do.  Thank you.
