A MESSAGE FROM OUR EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/COO

To Our Valued Dealers:

Let me begin by wishing you, your families, staff, and customers, all the best this holiday season.  As 2024 draws to a close, we live and work in a very changing world.  While change doesn’t always mean progress, I am proud to say that our company, both here in North America and around the world, continues to be a leader in innovation, quality, and value.

During this past year, we’ve worked to introduce new products, launch a new website, build our social media presence, create new sales tools, hire staff, and grow awareness of our new branding.  Looking forward to 2025, our goal is to continue these efforts to help you build your sales and profits.

We’ll be starting the year strong as we continue to make our presence felt in the marketplace.  In January, we will be participating in the ARA Show in Las Vegas.  Then, in February, we will be at the Precast Show and then ProMat in March.  We look forward to seeing many of you at these shows as we put the best material handling equipment on display.

In the meantime, we’re still hard at work.  For 2025, we have a full slate of new training courses, offered to you at no cost.  We’ve added new team members to serve you better.  We’ve also stocked some exciting new products in our Promo Store.

Plus, our money-saving lubricant offers are still available.  I encourage you to take advantage of these great opportunities and finish the year strong.

Be sure to also check out our full line of equipment. Did you know that most of our electric forklifts are compatible with advanced Li-ion batteries? It’s a better value for customers. Also, this month we’re highlighting our larger diesel trucks that offer more power, more features, more operator comfort, all with more economy and quality: proof once again that No One Delivers More than Hyundai.

Finally, as the year comes to a close, we want to say goodbye to great partner, Guy Fréchette, who is retiring after 25 years at Gauthier Chariots.  He was recently honored at a party, and we want to add our well wishes.  And to all of you, we at Hyundai Material Handling wish you a very Merry Christmas and a happy and safe new year.
