Our Support Team Keeps Growing: Meet Our Newest Team Members
This month, we’re proud to announce the addition of two new Regional Aftermarket Managers, Michael Dover and Tom Pollack:
Michael Dover
Michael brings invaluable experience to Hyundai and its dealers in dealer KPI tracking, maintaining and building relationships, and evaluating dealer performance.
Michael’s previous experience includes successful stints as a BMW Master Technician, technical trainer, then Regional Manager, with Jaguar Land Rover North America, and as Service Operations Manager with DEUTZ Americas.
He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in international business and in his free time he enjoys fishing and skateboarding.
Tom Pollack
Tom also brings us a wealth of experience. As a Field Aftersales Manager at CNH, Tom was responsible for coaching dealer personnel on all things aftermarket, including managing territories and diagnosing and resolving complex problems.
His diverse background includes product development and support in dealer territory management and training in the agriculture and marine industries, including stints at Mercury Marine, New Holland, and Kohler Engines.
He has associate degrees in Agriculture Mechanics and Engine Technology, as well as undergraduate studies in Operations Management.
Tom has also served as an elected Town Supervisor and Municipal Clerk in Wisconsin and in his spare time is a part owner/operator of a 300 acre farm.
