Get the Answers You’re Looking For With Hi-Desk

As noted in a recent email, Hyundai will now be responding to service requests and inquiries through our new dealer portal service system, Hi-Desk. This new system will be replacing our current email system. While the email will remain active until April 30 to ease this transition, we ask you to begin using the new, more efficient Hi-Desk system.
On May 1, all requests will need to be made through the new Hi-Desk portal. This change has been put in place to bring you more timely and accurate support. Our goal is to better respond to your requests and bring you the information you need as quickly as possible.
We believe that you will find Hi-Desk an invaluable resource. And we want to acknowledge the hard work of Butch Couch, Director of Aftermarket, and his incredible efforts in bringing this higher level of service to our dealers. His hard work is a true example of our commitment to our guiding principle: No One Delivers More.
The Hi-Desk Technical Support Team will be made up of Bryan Cummins, Wes Palazzo, and Roland Greaux. They will be working together to meet your technical needs.
