Hyundai Has Updated Our Stock Order And Shipping Guidelines

On May 19, Hyundai Material Handling initiated new stock order and shipping guidelines.  Our goal was to bring greater efficiency and transparency to this process.

As part of our new guidelines, we have begun an internal campaign to provide a 95% fill rate on all orders.  We want to demonstrate to you and your customers our ability to meet your demands quickly, efficiently, and completely.  We’re committed to your satisfaction and to helping you increase sales and build repeat business.

Free Freight Is A Key Part Of Our Campaign

Our new stock order guidelines include a minimum of $500, but no minimum requirement per line item.  You can still obtain free freight with orders totaling $3,000 or more – and that includes lube and oil orders.  Again, there is no line-item minimum required to qualify.
