To assure the highest quality training, hands-on participation, instructor effectiveness, and safety, classes sizes are limited.
Once a class reaches capacity, additional technicians will be placed on a waitlist or moved to a future class date.
Registration Process:
All training registration requests must be submitted by email to the Jason Miller or Barry Tumey. Due to current Dealer Portal communication limitations and ongoing transitions, training registrations will be manually tracked to ensure accurate seat counts and class updates. Seats will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. A technician is not considered confirmed until the training request has been reviewed and a confirmation has been provided.
When a class reaches capacity, Jason Miller or Barry Tumey will notify the appropriate personnel that the class is full. Additional requests will be placed on a waitlist or redirected to a future available class.
Communication Process:
Training updates will be communicated through direct email, Dealer Portal notices when available, and coordination with regional personnel. Because Dealer Portal updates may not always provide real-time seat availability, email communication will serve as the primary source of registration confirmation and capacity tracking.
Jason Miller will provide class status updates when seats are filled, new classes are added, or schedule adjustments are required. The rest of the year will be focused on Level 1 classes on service training as we continue to develop a more effective Intermediate level training for our dealers.
To secure a place in these classes, we encourage you to register your technicians as soon as possible.
